Spiritual Grounding is a gift to yourself
Well you have heard me talking about all things magical including carpets! Well you ain't seen nothing yet until you climb aboard your unicorn or your multicoloured dragon and experience your very own spiritual journey of a lifetime. I might put VR machines out of business!
All you need is your investment in your precious time, your beautiful soul and a comfy chair, a blanket, an eyes mask and some crystals and a candle if you like. This time is for you and only you without distraction. No phones, kids, pets, family members.
My taking a Spiritual Grounding journey you are honouring and prioritising yourself.
What to expect and how it helps
During the session I channel Spirit and like you have absolutely no idea we are going during the
meditation until I receive the guidance and messages. We could end up anywhere!
I've travelled to banana plantations, the Amazon Rain Forest, a private island, the woods...you name it,
it's likely I've been there. So who knows? Well, Spirit do. Your loved ones, animals, Spirit Guides.
Objects will present themselves on your journey for a reason and it will resonate with you.
The session involves work on the centres of the body, like the head, ajna, solar plexus, sacral, heart, throat, root.
Sometimes I am guided to concentrate on specific centres if more healing or attention is needed in that area.
The session will last up to 60 minutes and afterwards you will feel chillaxed...maybe a bit spaced out and you
will sleep like a log.
This sessions can be had by yourself or as a group.
Individual Sessions are currently £122
Group Sessions £111 per person.
